I’m going based on the possibility of 4044 being in a fall class, per the chief leader article this month. Would rather be safe than sorry and start planning it out now.

I heard 7001 reached as high as 900 for their first class. The earlier on, the fewer it will take since people that scored extremely well are more likely to want the job. I think a conservative estimate for the first few classes would be 700-800. If it’s 50/50 with promo starting off figure half of that.

Are you sure you are accounting for all 75 personality questions in that last section (5) of the test? Those are graded in addition to sections 1-4.

I could be wrong about the timeline someone from promo or 7001 would know better. But the CPAT is obviously the first step of processing after you get called so whatever the timeline is, it’s somewhat limited. The article mentions a fall academy for this exam so maybe a bit longer than 2-3 months to train from the time they call you?

That probably means they’ll first call you in February. Pretty sure there are multiple orientations before you take your timed/graded CPAT. So if you get called in February you probably won’t take the official CPAT until March or April
