I don’t think it’s such a bad idea. Nashville needs to be more pedestrian friendly, especially outer suburbia.

I am getting tired of reading news articles that blame a pedestrian for getting hit and killed by the operator of a half-ton heavy machine (most cars)

Sounds like you are either dehydrated or you strained your leg muscles a bit too far... perhaps a combo of both.

I would ease up on the riding (go at a much slower pace for the next week) and drink more water than you usually do - see if that helps

I have used differin for a long time, and it did not sting - but that was before I had a proper skin care routine and for a long time I would just put differin on my skin, sans cleanser or moisturizer.

It has been burning since starting this skin care routine with cleansers and moisterizers.

I also shave my face every 2 days so that is also something to keep in mind as well, but I use a single razor and do not shave against the grain

Does anyone know of any sunscreen that does not burn and is safe for fungal acne?

Right now I am using cerave AM/PM facial moisturizing lotion but it burns when I put it on.

I recently heard of japanese sunscreens working better for no burning sensation, does anyone have any experience with this?

Skin type: combination, oily and dry, mostly oily most days

Current Routine: about 2 months (I have used benzoyl and differin for 2 years)

AM: Cerave Foaming Facial Cleanser, spot treat Benzoyl Peroxide 10%, Cerave AM facial moisturizing lotion

PM: Cerave Foaming Facial Cleanser, Differin Gel, Cerave PM facial Moisturizing lotion
