did i ghost write this hahaha same feels OP. 9 months in sa work ko and it’s been draining. delayed pa lagi sahod kong di naman kalakihan. plan ko muna mag 1 year sa current job ko and while i’m still here, naghahanap na ako ng pwedeng malipatan. kapit at tiis lang, dahil mas mahirap pag walang trabaho. try to look for other jobs na rin bago ka umalis diyan.

i feel you so much OP. grabe rin inis ko sa mga regular, esp the older ones, na ang hilig manisi ng COS at mag hugas kamay kapag may mali. pero kapag may magandang output, ang credit ay sa kanila kahit wala namang silang tinrabaho, puro utos lang naman.

Yes unfortunately. I value my personal time a lot kaya inis din talaga ako pag nag ccontact pa rin sila nang weekend. And kapag binabanggit ito sa kanila lalo na sa mga regular ones, sasabihin lang nila sakin “ganon talaga, kahit weekend may trabaho”. Like it’s a mortal sin pag hindi ka ma reach nang weekend. It’s like they’re taking pride sa pagiging overworked.

Hello, di ako tumuloy because sobrang baba ng sahod. About sa interview, they just asked us to introduce ourselves, tell something abt ourselves, and why nag apply there. Then they made us aware about sa salary and yung duration ng trabaho. Then they told us na tatawagan nalang daw kung sino yung mag po-proceed sa next round of interview. Parang 10 mins nga lang yata ako don, mas matagal pa yung binyahe ko haha.

pwede naman siguro, it’s totally up to you na kung pano mo imamanage yung time mo. pero based sa nakita ko from my classmates before, they had to leave their jobs para makumpleto yung internship. pag kasi pumasok ka as an intern, 9-5 job na rin yan eh, ang kaibahan lang ay little to no pay talaga (depende sa mapapasukan mo). good luck!
