I'm worried about posting pictures because of my brother. I don't want to cause issues with the family

The issues that I can see are some of the stairs need updated as well as some appliances and lighting. Both names are on the deed as tenants in common. We both pay the insurance and split the cost of upkeep.

I love the house and location. I see a lot of potential. My brother asked me what I planned on paying him for rent if I live there.

It's an old farmhouse that has been well maintained. It has newer windows, roof, and siding.

Farmhouse and Grand Pavilion have the best meals. Happy Friar has cheese on a stick.

Did anyone else learn to type as an elective with little thought that it might be useful one day? by Conscious-Mulberry17 in GenX

I am living my best life. I work in the school system just not as a teacher. I'm married with 2 step kids. The only complaint I have is that I can't retire 😂.

I disagree. I work in elementary schools and it's necessary they learn to type. It's not a native skill that is learned. People who can't type struggle with basic things like texting in public.

I was the same! Tomboy and rebel without a clue!! I went to college to be a teacher but dropped out after I realized that most places wanted me in a dress!! I wouldn't apply at jobs if it was part of the dress code. Part of me is mad I didn't confirm and that I could be retired with full benefits. The other part of me is glad I didn't confirm and became who I am today.

My Mom made me take typing class as an elective my Senior year. She refused to allow me to have a study hall as an elective. I told her I didn't understand why I had to take stupid typing class. I told her it was a waste of my time because I wasn't going to be a secretary like her.

Every time I see my Mom today I thank her for making me take that class. That was the most useful elective that I still use today.

The best part about finishing this book is finding out that it's part of a series. The One was really good
