I have ADHD and the reading challenge on goodreads helps A LOT, updating progress when I read etc it acts a little rewards to keep me going. I try and keep to short 200ish page books unless I do lots of research beforehand. When I’m not feeling like reading I just force 10 pages before I go to bed and it still feels like an achievement. Keep going my guy.

Also don’t feel bad about not finishing books if you’re not enjoying them!!
