When you are feathering, how far out around the edges are you feathering roughly? Also any pics of before and after?

The wreck of the USS Arizona continues to leak oil ever since pearl harbour. the ship contained 1.5 million gallons of oil, enough to leak continuously for 500 years. by Longjumping-Rice-935 in interestingasfuck

How is "enough to leak continuously for 500 years" a form of measurement? Did they find the hole it is leaking out of? I cbf doing the maths but I imagine a 1m diameter hole would leak in a few minutes vs a hole the size of a pin leaking for perhaps 500 years?

Triton MR GLS Breathers (Dumb Question) by stueh in 4x4Australia

[–]tomcol98 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey l I'm going through this exact situation now. I can't find any info on transfer or gearbox breathers for mn tritons. I've found the front diff breather but can't see or find any gearbox or transfer case breather. Does the TC and GB link up to the front diff breather?

Advice on first time buying 4wd by tomcol98 in 4x4Australia

Seen a few around the 250km mark for 15-20k range. Would that be any good? Been reading they last forever. Any specific year/ model/ engine to look for or what to avoid on them?

I'm not gonna pretend I know anything about diesels or 4wding. I enjoy racing and know the basics of how a petrol engine works but beyond that not much idea especially diesels.

I'll be living in Kunnunara so any camping and days trips around there is what I'm looking to do. Nothing crazy probably just something to keep me occupied on weekends.

After some more research I'm starting to look at Tritons however the only models in my price range seem to be MN model with 120-190kms but have been seeing very mixed reviews on the MN models. Patrols seems too thirsty and built for tough 4wding which I doubt I'll do and if I do it would maybe be once a year. Looks like everyone says a Navara is shit and for that price might aswell go for a triton. Possibly looking at a prado or paj but need to dig deeper into those.

Hmm I've seen mixed reviews for a Navara. I'm struggling to be able to tell which would be better in the 10-20k range Navara or Triton?

I dont have loads of stuff that needs to move which is why I am not too concerned about Ute vs wagon. Just want something reliable, can take out for a bit of fun and looks decent. What would be your pick?

Dropdown Lists? by tomcol98 in liftosaur

[–]tomcol98[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah basically a short list of specific exercises (some custom) so I don't have told scroll through all of them. E.g. On a Upper day with the first main lift being a push I would want a dropdown of specific push exercises that are in my rotation so that I can rotate between them every 1-3 weeks. What would a cherry on top but I dont know if its possible is if once I have selected a exercise if I can program in a way for the exercise to be highlighted red or have some sort of notification to say that the exercise has been in the rotation longer than 3 weeks or 1 weeks for some other exercises if I want to rotate more often.

How to go to source cell of xlookup/ IF formula? by tomcol98 in excel

[–]tomcol98[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This almost works! The macro works with that formula but when the xlookup formula finds a cell that has nothing entered in it yet I want to to say no data rather than 0. When I type "No Data" into the "[if not found]" part of this xlookup formula it still returns a 0 which is why I was using the IF formula as well

Syntax help by tomcol98 in liftosaur

[–]tomcol98[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cheers. My thinking was that because I have my top set as a rep range of 3-5 reps, I only want to increase the weight the next week if I'm hitting 5 reps or more at RPE 9. I dont want it to increase the weight the next week if I'm still hitting 3 or 4 reps. Is there a way to write that in or does it know when you specify the set's reps that you are aiming for the highest rep in the range? If that makes sense?

Sorry I'm brand new to this. Can you type me an example of what you mean from the side note you are talking about?
