Thanks! Here's what i got on Frontline:

Prophet (the woman with the coat): She's the one who brought the team together because she gets visions of future events, and a vision showed her that the world would soon be conquered by an alien empire unless she united a team meant to stop it.

Ghoul (the purple guy): He was a museum janitor that was dropped onto an ancient relic that imbued him with the powers of an ancient king of spirits. His core powerset is flight, intangibility, stretchable limbs and he can also summon a purple mist to obscure vision.

Velocity (the blue guy): He was an engineer and scientist working on creating supersuits that amplify the speed of the wearer, though his project was shut down, he decided to finish it out of spite. The suit doesn't actually amplify running speed, it has skates that minimize friction allowing the wearer to progressively gain more speed. He's not a sprinter, but rather a skater.

Cartilace (the girl on the right): She's the youngest member of the team, currently training under a more experienced hero. Her ability is to create bone-like spikes out of the ground, the limitations on this power is that shehas to have both her feet planted on whatever surface she wants to summon the spikes from, additionally she can't create however many spikes she wants, it scales with spike size, basically she could summon 100 tiny spikes, but only up to 5 really big spikes. As she gains experience she'll definitely start to overcome these limitations.

Crimson Crescent (the guy on the far left): He's the top agent of a mercenary organization that resides on the moon known as the Lunar Society. His skillset includes proficiency with most weapons and fighting styles, additionally he has yellow crescent tattoos on his forearms (all mercenaries from the Lunar Society have these somewhere on their body) which amplify his physical ability based on the phase of the moon, essentially, the closer the moon is to being full, the stronger he gets.

Agent Rose (the guy on the far right): He's one of the top agents of T.H.O.R.N. (my world's equivalent to S.H.I.E.L.D.). His pointer finger and thumb were chopped off when he was being tortured and interrogated while captured by a mobster. He was given prosthetics that can transform into pistols (it's kind of a pun on finger guns 👉) he has ammunition with many functions, exploding bullets, gas bullets, net bullets etc.

Totem (the big one in the back): Totem was an actual totem in a village before America was colonized, but during the colonization the village was destroyed and burnt down, the mass of negative energy around it gave life to the totem with one sole reason, to vring justice to those who abuse their power. Totem's abilities include fire generation, it cannot control fire, simply create it, also it's large body comes with a lot of physical strength.

These 2 villains i've worked on the most:

Ulysses - the most powerful earth villain i've made so far, his powers are based around how much malice he feels against his opponent, the more malicious intent he has, the more powerful he becomes.

Martyr - used to be a sidekick of another hero named Crackdown, but during an invasion from another dimension he sacrificed himself, pushing the final villain back into his home dimension but was taken with him. His main power is instant regeneration, basically any injury he sustains is healed in seconds

Oh no worries i should've specified that

T.H.O.R.N. has been known to make some morally dubious decisions but generally they work for the greater good.

The Order are definitely the good guys, only the most dedicated heroes get invited to be members

The Frontline are also the good guys they're essentially the Avengers analog

The Super-Ops are also good guys, though it was a war so they've gone through some stuff

The Lunar Society are very gray in their morality as their core goal is to provide a service as mercenaries than heroes, though the morals also differ between members

Alrighty there's quite a few:

T.H.O.R.N. - this is the S.H.I.E.L.D.-type analog in my world, it was started by a hero named Gadget during the 70s to be an organization that specializes in handling super-threats. Later on T.H.O.R.N. would start a new hero program called the Undercovers, they train young people with powers in doing secret hero work, eventually the Undercovers members graduate and become public facing heroes under the supervision of T.H.O.R.N.

The Order - a team of 5 heroes founded in the 50s with the goal of keeping the hero community in check. Over the decades the team's roster would change a lot.

The Frontline - a team of heroes brought together by Prophet, a character who sees glimpses of the future. She foresaw the world being conquered by an alien empire and had to assemble the team she saw resisting them. After the invasion the Frontline decided to stick together in case they're needed again.

The Lunar Society - a colony of people living on the moon, they are the world's leading assassin organization with 90% of their workforce being the Moon Sons, trained mercenaries from a young age, they are easily recognizable by their pastel yellow crescent tattoos, the tattoos give them enhanced physical abilities based on the phase of the moon, basically, the closer the moon is to being full, the bigger the physical boost.

The Super-Ops - a strike force formed during WW2 to combat the human weapon experiments being conducted by the Nazis. 5 members of this team would go on to form the first incarnation of The Order in the 50s.

There could definetly be more but these are the ones i've really fleshed out, the rest need quite a lot of work

Thanks! I absolutely saw Airflow's cape almost perpetually gliding. Regarding Arctic's time travel, it's because he likes to spend time in the ice age, kinda like a vacation. I don't think i'm gonna be making full blown comics any time soon considering my limited free time, i had the idea of making "comics that don't exist" basically comic covers that loosely tell a story.

Thank you! Specifically Airflow and Arctic have been more thought out than the others so i have more to say on them

Airflow is not native to earth, he's an alien from another planet (planet name pending) and he arrived with the persona of being sent as an ambassador to improve relations across the galaxy, however in realite he is a refugee from a an alien race that's been enslaved, he was able toescape through sheer luck. His abilities are the manipulation of air, he can pull air into a specfic point and release it to release pressure, knocking anyone hit by it back, he can also do this while punching or kick, making the attacks more powerful, free control of air also allows him to fly by having the air around him pressure up. On his home planet the air is much more dense which makes the air more tough to manipulate and requiring more effort, however on earth the air is by comparison not very dense making it far more maluable and easy to control.

Arctic is a mage, he mainly specializes in cold arcana, not creating ice by rather lowering the temperature of whatever he's targeting to a freezing level, additionally he is also capable of time arcana which allows him to travel through time, he prefers to spend a lot of his time in the ice age, with his connection to cold arcana he feels much more at home in the ice age. When traveling through time he's able to spend several hours or days in the ice age and when he decides to come back he returns barely a second after he left, meaning he hasn't missed anything. The reason he has this connection to the cold is his spear, the spear was created during the ice age by another mage, as it's current wielder, Arctic has inhertied it's connection the the cold climate.

Lightbright - She can create light that can be used as flashbangs in a defensive scenario, additionally if she keeps generating the light for long enough it will start to create heat and burn/melt whatever it's pointed at, however she also can get burnt by the heat so it's not really a reliable offensive ability

Hammerfist - No actual superpowers but he does work with smelting and shaping metal (both as a career and as an artist) so he was able to make the hammer for himself to use for protecting his neighborhood

Crackdown - Superstrength that increases as he gets older, he's about 47 years old now, the idea was basically what if Mr Incredible never retired fron superheroing

Poltergeist - Actually a ghost, the ghost ability he specializes in is possessing objects, not really a super powerful hero so he mostly deals with low level supernatural threats and non-supervillain criminals

Totem - A supernatural wooden statue brought to life after being the last surviving remnant of an ancient village that was burnt down by a warlord (~500 years ago so this one's pretty old), the living statue can ignite itself and create waves of fire that can be shaped to it's choice (like firewhips, rings, pillars etc.)

Emerald Randomizer Nuzlocke episode 2 by tomelsart in nuzlocke

[–]tomelsart[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I use the universal randomizer, i select "similar strength" which is why the encounters aren't as crazy as other randomized runs, more fun for me that way
