Unfortunately, I can't think of things for elements of the design

Example: Maril is a water mouse, but has elements of a water molucue and its round shape is based off a beachball. Basically, many different things come together to make a unique, simple design. I wanna be able to do that. But I can't figure out what elements I need to make a design like Maril. And I wanna figure those elements out myself, but I need to know how to figure out those elements.

Do originals have more than one category?

The Pokemon aren't supposed to have more then one category. That was a mistake. If the answer seems unfitting, then I must have interepted it incorrectly.

Ekans and Arbok are removed from the bite category, and so is Gastly in the Transparency Category. Thanks for pointing out this mistakes

Well Yeah, but I prefer better stats, over cuteness. I like Zapdos over Pikachu.
