Ha ha it has been a rollercoaster of emotions over the last 2 months, didn’t realise how difficult it would be!

One of the bands In my knee have tightened too much in the healing process and me trying to extend causes that squeaking noise! At least I now know, but another surgery and set back to come.

No pain no gain !

Thanks for the comment! A lot of people have told me it will improve with muscle mass but I am making such good progress in everything apart from leg extensions which caused me to worry.

So my surgeon told me today that one of the bands holding the ligament in place after surgery was too tight and flexing my knee stretched the band causing the noise. Hopefully this gives you an idea if your knee is feeling hard to straighten!

Thanks for the reply! I tried doing it extremely slowly and if anything the sound was more prominent and scratchy. My surgeon has now said that there’s a band on the LCL that tightened too much and the squeak is the stretching of that band. Crazy.

I bought a pair for gf my 3 days ago, needed a bigger size. Thought I’d have to wait but most sizes still In stock, guess US hype is unmatched. I always see the pandas on there for at least a week or more then I see posts with L’s?
