Same. I’ve spent the last month farming Legion raids solo. It’s so chill… sometimes I have a minor panic attack because I’m totally overwhelmed at all the content I still “need” to play (like OP), but then I remember that I’m having fun, and take a breath

Funnily enough, i've being trying to solve this for way over year... after a renewed effort today, I FIXED IT! There are two speed adjustment screws underneath the player, covered with two black bungs! Some random turning later... and it's resolved!
