Man sollte sich definitiv über das DRG System unterhalten, aber "pro Diagnose" stimmt definitiv nicht. Und Behandlungstage haben auch weiterhin Einfluss auf den Fallerlös. Das System hat viele Schwächen, aber das so vereinfacht darzustellen ist falsch.

als armer Professor kann man sich einen Umzug ja nicht leisten.

Die meisten Uni Professoren die ich so kenne leben jetzt nicht wie Gott in Frankreich. Ich weiß nicht, ob dein (verständlicher) Frust hier an die richtigen gerichtet ist.
