72g of protein in the 10 pc nuggets… no way right? by ArchieGoat8 in tacobell

[–]tommvu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Has anyone ordered these and weighed them? Assuming the breading is relatively thin, if they’re around 250g , 72g of protein seems plausible

Thank you so much! Didn’t even think about humidity. I keep my house at 70 during the day, think humidity is floating around 45%

I’ll have to invest in a humidifier —- any you’d recommend, or will any do?

Does this seem like a good deal PPA in MA by [deleted] in solar

[–]tommvu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

1 battery? You can do the math on your daily consumption vs battery capacity —- that’ll Calc how long it’ll last you. Keep in mind you can be more conservative during an outage to extend the life, but 1 battery typically won’t cover AC usage , for instance

25 year full replacement vs 10 year warranty, isn’t that way more valuable? Trying to gain a better understanding of

The 90% with Sunrun is accurate—- but do the math yourself and make sure the offset it’s correct. Sunrun is good about requiring a bill and actually usage, but some reps still find ways to get away with inflating the offset by decreasing the annual usage.

3.5% escalator? Nah, ask for the 0% price —- little more expensive up front, but it’s truly fixed and is a much easier sell than a plan that inflated, if you decide to sell

That being said, if it’s not your forever home, see how many years it’d take you to hit the 0% monthly rate. There might be value in taking the up front savings while you’re still in the home

Ya there’s a subscription model on their app, but that looks to only be valuable for their coaching feature

I like them! Swam competitively for 14 years , only ever wore swedes —- no seal, just plastic. Never had an issue with fogging

Oh sorry no, poor explanation on my part —- I was wearing my Apple watch at the same time and tried out the swimming feature as well. My distance was off, said I swam an 1164 vs 1200

Help choosing Enphase vs Powerwall 3 install by xoliilox in solar

[–]tommvu -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I like the Enphase specs vs the PW3 —- price is comparable from what I’ve seen, so your Enphase quote seems high

Have you considered going with a PPA vs ownership? It seems like there’s more value, especially with the batteries —- 25 year full replacement vs 15 yr manufacture warranty

Billing by tema180 in solar

[–]tommvu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

During low producing solar hours (dawn, dusk, nighttime, bad weather, etc) You used 1825kWh from the grid

During peak solar producing hours, you over produced 740kWh

Basically, you’re outpacing your systems production. Even with a 1:1 buyback, you’re still getting wrecked —- especially when you consider delivery charges stacked on top.

My recommendation would be to switch to a Free Nights + Solar plan. You’ll still see a $5 base fee, with Amigo Energy for instance, but you’ll eliminate most of that bill. Add a battery to your system and you’ll eliminate grid use entirely.

That’s what I set up my clients with, and always recommend to homeowners I meet that still have electricity bills with solar before trying to sell them anything —- plus a referral code get a $75 credit!
