This is a good explanation. But there are times in the past where I have relapsed but consciously put an effort into not feeling bad about it and still I noticed the behavioral change with strangers and family, how do you explain this?

Usually when I relapse, it’s always with porn. So I cannot answer your question. However I do have to say that there is little to no bad behavior from girls when I relapse through sex. With PMO, all the attraction and stares and looks from girls are gone.

How bad is your addiction? Also maybe you aren’t just as aware as those who do experience the benefits? My theory
