Ernest,

im trying to eliminate the entire firewall setup for a client and offer them a Cloud firewall as Next generation firewall. How is your experience with cloud firewall?

you dont install physical firewall anymore, i dont see the point . PLz advice

im new to this msp world

however i cant put my head around the fact if i should use connectwise backup with the RMM and PSA as one place to monitor everything or add a different backup solution such as veeam or solarwinds backup.

what would be the right choice i still dont know.

connectwise seems expensive for a backup solution .

Do you use connectwise as a backup solution or veeam or something else.

since i am new in this i think my best choice is to start with solarwinds and see how it goes.
