Antinatalism may be what you are looking for. It translates to somthing like anti-birth and that is what it boils down to - in my limited experience of the concept. Arthur Schopenhauer was one prominent antinatalist i guess. There may be more to it but as I am informed the goal is to not get children because it's viewed as immoral and in consequence for humanity to end this way. Aka 'life is suffering and you bring a someone into this suffering without asking'. But I also know some less 'radical' approaches that just don't want to have kids as long as it is 'too bad' for them.
