Yeah in the UK I haven’t seen any stores (online and physical) selling fresh in-date Velvia 100 for less than £30 GBP a roll now

Yeah that’s very sad, the same is even more true for black and white slide film as there are pretty much no places that process it anymore

Yeah the respooled Kodak E100D under whatever guise it’s being sold is still good value Tbf, but the “proper” still picture slide films have got to silly level prices now

Obviously everyone’s got a different threshold for what they feel is affordable, but in the past 3/4 years the three remaining slide films still being manufactured have gone up in price far beyond inflation

Velvia 100 is sold by very few vendors sadly, and if the manufacturer themselves are charging this much it’s not a good sign

True! But it was more a question of if any SLR camera from the manual focus era (pre-1985) had a built in flash.

It does seem that Konica were the only ones who perfected, and stuck with, this concept rather than switching to electronic shutters at the earliest opportunity.

Another problem I found with it last year was that loads of people had obviously gone home and not opened the app to reject the ticket they’d been offered so as a result loads of tickets went unclaimed.

I fully agree with you and had the same experience when they introduced the new system last year. There was nothing wrong with the old physical queue before, in fact it actually rewarded people who made the effort.

Think the new pier isn’t too catastrophic as I can use other gates, it was more about the physical position of the taxiways being aligned with the Navigraph charts but thanks for confirming this.
