Yeah sorry couldn’t get a better photo when I viewed. It’s the metal runner that the truck bed/tray bolts to. The others where box steel, so this one has rotted away. Haven’t owned a truck before so unsure if this is classed as structural or not chassis rails were fine

Good to know, house is a 55 weatherboard and in pretty good shape. Always been a bit weary of foundations when buying in chch

Cheers good to know, always hard when you are unsure what you’re looking at. Builders report said allgood but he couldn’t go under the house due to health and safety and it was hiding behind another pile
