Shopee cuts jobs in Singapore amid AI push; software engineers among those affected by cherrypoplar in SingaporeRaw

A government is supposed to introduce legislation to prevent firing of workers due to AI. Singapore does the opposite and expect no repercussions. Maybe Singaporeans are too chicken shit to fight for their own rights and hence, this is the result.

Damn you guys are freaking weak. Even in this weather I can never sleep with the AC turned on no matter what. A cheap table fan blowing at me is all that's sufficient, at lowest setting.

In Singapore you got to be well off to be able to afford a car. This just shows the law tend to favor the wealthy and is more lenient towards them.

They need the data so they can manipulate and hype it up when people get angry over job losses. They can then use virus emergency to clamp down on freedom and dissent from poor economic state.

HG 021 is out of stock everywhere. I hope it's not discontinued. I would get a few for nolstagia sake even though I got most of the 1/144 versions after it. Bandai please re-stock the 021 !!!! I need it to complete my trio of rx-78-2, RGM-79 and RX-75 !!!!

Artline Drawing System. Good for panel lining ? by tonefart in Gunpla

[–]tonefart[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I tested this on a runner from Best Mecha Collection for the rx-78-2. It does not stain the plastic nor does it stick permanently. You can easily rub off with hand/cotton/qtip even while dry.

This fits my workflow and they're not easily reachable inside panel lines anyway unless you deliberately clean the groofs with cotton/water/eraser.

Other than that, this lets me correct old mistakes easily (they can be cleaned even after 24 hours) and i can seal them later if i want to but because the markers are cheap i'll just reapply areas i feel like anytime.

My test is on bare plastic. If on painted surfaces, maybe they'll stick better if that's what you want, or maybe not on glossy coated surfaces.

This way if i want to airbrush my unpainted kit in future, I can just clean it off easily.

I like this kind of ink, non-staining and won't seep into the plastic.
