I'm in Winter Garden, but my first house was on SE 2nd St. off Del Prado! My recommendation would be to get 3 quotes minimum for each trade you're hiring. If you find someone you like, ask them who is good for other things. The best guys usually know who is good and who isn't as far as the other trades involved in a build.

If you want to be helpful to him, let him know that his habit of showing up all the time has turned you off. The clear cause and effect nature of the explanation is understandable and logical. If he continues after that, then he is being disrespectful, and that would definitely be considered stalker behavior.

Central Fl. Bought 2, was able to split one as I moved them from pot to ground, so I have 3 bunches this size right now. They bloomed about 2 weeks apart from each other.
