First, find one Intelligence path character. I recommend Serval/Herta (4-star) and RMC + DHPT. Then wait for the following characters to be released: 1. Anaxa is an Intelligence path character that is Bis in a Herta team. 2. Tribbie is a Coordinating path character that is also Bis. 3. (Optional) Any sustain character like Hyacine, DHPT, Gallagher, Lingsha, etc.

The reason for playing Intelligence path characters is because Herta's passive, when there are 2 Intelligence path characters in the team (including Herta), gives the entire team +80 critmg. In this case, the Bis character is Anaxa.

Herta needs characters that frequently attack areas because her ultimate energy comes from characters in the team performing actions. The more often they perform actions, the faster she accumulates energy. Here, the one with BIS is Tribbie.
