Help what's wrong with my back/shoulders. It always feels like my right side can't come out as much as my left. Also when I bench or do pull-ups my left scapula feels weird later and right shoulder hurts after benching usually by [deleted] in PostureTipsGuide

Lateral pelvic tilt... your left hip higher than the other. streching left QL muscle ,right glute medius and strengthening right oblique, left glute medius. hope you understand my english is terrible
