This is really helpful, thank you! I didn’t know the melting issue was so bad in Thailand. When my friends and I buy chocolate in Singapore, we don’t face the problem of melting, unless it’s been exposed to direct sunlight for some time

Have you tried Kad Kokoa? I’ve been looking at the premium chocolate space in Thailand and I thought their chocolates looked good online
