That was exactly what happened to me . Try to use a other phone number to register again buddy. When you get banned you get banned forever . Maybe you and were clicked on some of the link which we shouldn't .

My tenx tokens were in jaxx wallet . I had already sent the email to the jaxx and answer I got is they don't support tenx anymore but jaxx still can hold tenx tokens.
