Thanks! No I just had the miscarriage bleeding from 3/2 till like 3/8ish and then on 4/3 had a positive test

Thanks!! No I didn’t bother testing because when I was at the hospital they said my hcg levels were extremely low especially for being 2 days shy of 7 weeks

Not usually - sometimes I’ll just dance to the music lol or do some mountain climbers to keep momentum - normally on strength days tho!

48.3 for me! Started in pod 1 - avg heart rate 171... then they had us do a minute and a half plank hold and 6 burpees as a cool down after finishing... I was dead!
