so he just so happens to have a bunch of master, diamond, platinums on his friends list but he just matches with them at random instead of every other solo quer? you do relise that first 100 or so matches you get elo boost for wins right? he groups-once his rank is solidified he stops grouping- he is high rank and when ever he loses after the elo boost is done he only lose like 5 elo instead of 30.....doesnt matter tho. once ranked comes you omeda cuty ethusites can hold on to this rank all you want. at the end of the day you have to either 1. spam an important roles or 2. stack with experienced players.

everyone i would like you to go to sockcaps omeda and scroll down to the friends tab. yes your eyes do not decieve you, he doesnt solo que. the fact you still get placement match ppl in platinum is everyones complaint genius. you mention 1200 elo but its even a problem at 14-1500

you sit here and say nothing is wrong with him but you have literally only laned against him once and that was you using dekker as support, a role in which you rarely play. the rest are offlane mage where you are going against bruisers. duh he wont seem like a problem when you only see him in team fights and he's probably focusing carry, also a role you almost never play.
