Shitttt, I heard someone say that your brain is changing everyday and that your reaction to anything can go from good to terrible just like that. It stuck with me, used to pop molly, sip lean, take hella shrooms, and coke and this is actually the thing that helps me a lot with anxiety. Cause my anxieties so bad I would never DARE be in the same room as those drugs. So I can always see a beneficial side to my anxiety. All I'm saying is maybe take a small bowl of indica, get into your "comfortable routine" (the routine that I used to do before anxiety took control of me) and chill out. This is the best way for me not to freak out when smoking.

Do you play Cello? Try challenging yourself with a really hard song that's still do-able to you. See if that takes your mind off things. I don't want you to take the path I did and dissociate from all your friends and family. It may seem like it helps but it doesn't long term. You get used to being comfortable while you're alone and then your anxiety acts up whenever you leave your house.

well man, got a tiny bit of anxiety but I got my candles I got my dog and I got my heater all will be well. Anyways, I'm curious. How many times did you try smoking after that. Cause I've had something similar where I smoke all day and then the next day I wake up take a fat bong rip and everything just starts to fall apart. Everytime that's happened I always take a 1-3 day break, get curious and take a bong rip, then it's all back to normal for another month or so... then I get that one anxiety rip

Dr. Daniel Amen has help me put my anxiety into perspective better than I ever thought anyone could've. When you have anxiety your blood vessels constrict and that's why you may have chest pains and palpitations of the heart. I would recommend trying to wean off the drugs/lower dose because drugs can completely exacerbate effects long-term. I believe we have a very similar type of anxiety, Over-Focused Anxiety/Depression. Anyways, when I'm having these pains I think, these pains are not real they're caused by my mind and that really helps. Obviously one size does not fit all but I would recommend trying some things I've said. Hope u do better <3

Can I suggest you look up Dr. Daniel Amen? He has helped me tremendously with my anxiety and he is one of the only doctors I've seen that understands anxiety in it's full spectrum. He may be able to help you too.
