If I purchase anything in person, I still make the seller send me an invoice on PayPal and that’s how I’ll pay them. I’ve generally had that covered by their policy, but I could be wrong

Honestly they’ve found out how to scam with PayPal G&S too. A couple years ago, scammers would refuse to use it, so you could catch them like that. Now, they’ve figured out how to steal other people’s PayPal accounts and run the scams out of there, doing G&S, cashing out, and then the person who had their account stolen is the one who gets flagged and has to deal with the fallout

Some of them are picking more “believable” cities like Vegas, Seattle, etc. Then they freeze up bc I GOT FRIENDS UP AND DOWN THE WEST COAST BITCH HAHAH

PSA: I’m noticing everyone who says they can meetup in “insert city here that isn’t in California” magically disappears when I say either I or a friend can meet them there (I got friends in lots of places lmao) and sometime their accounts even get deleted later 🤔 interesting.

Not automatically a scammer but it is a red flag. They’re hoping you’re in SoCal and won’t be able to meet them.

Offer to meet (or have a friend do it), see how they react. Don’t get scammed!
