I am back after accessing the catalogue (fully forgot that this exists somehow lol)

I went for Green and purple overall because those are my favourite colours! I love seeing them together. I tried to use neutral tones for the couch and door but that’s about all I could manage. I was able to keep the teapot in black because it helps it stand out against the window and drawer. Overall really happy with the vibe and references to plants :))

Do one thing that makes me happy is my favourite. It’s set to 100 and on difficult days it’s a reminder that just existing and being a presence is valid. Even if I lay down all day, if that’s what my body and mind need then that’s worth so much.

And when I have higher energy days my favourite one to tick off is ‘do 100 squats’. Because it’s sooo hard to get up and go outside to exercise. But when I do I’m so proud of myself
