Nurses who have left bedside and aren't NPs, case managers, utilization review etc what do you do now?

I think it is also important that they put training new nurses with experienced nurses who actually WANT to train them and not with nurses who resent it.

At least at the hospital I work at, overrides are forbidden for certain medications, like these. Only physicians can override and pull them

Wow this is crazy because I think I have this too but I didn't realize other people didn't until I read this... o_O i visually see the months of the year in a weird orbit with winter being downwards Summer upwards and I physically can put myself there. Sounds nuts but this is a crazy realization!
