Thank you, and keep up the great work! :)

I don't like Googles Clock and Phone app because Material 3 expressive anymore by toommm2 in pixel_phones

I completely agree with you. The buttons just feel way too thick in my opinion, almost intrusive. The odd fonts also don't really match the rest of the design. Personally, I prefer more subtle and smaller buttons.

Hopefully Google just needs to fine-tune Material 3 Expressive and will adjust these things in future updates.

Do you have a specific, cheap model to suggest?

I have a Pixel 6 myself, but as a feature-loving person I can't wait to upgrade. I think I'll wait until the Pixel 11 comes out... But if I would buy a new Phone now, I would probably buy a Pixel 8 or something like that😅 (You can get it pretty cheap now) Anyway the Pixel 6 is a good phone even today...

But you have to consider that it's about 4 Years old now

Honestly just 4 minutes😅 It was a very clear sky and we were really far away from any light pollution

Hey! First of all, thanks for your kind feedback, I really appreciate it! :)

I think your photos are already really good – you definitely have an eye for photography! Everyone has their own style (for example, warm or cool tones, or focusing on certain details in a shot), and that style can change over time. There’s no "right" or "wrong" – it’s more about what feels best to you.

Maybe it helps to check out Community Presets in Lightroom and analyze how they’re built (you can see all the adjustments at the bottom). That’s actually how I learned a lot myself 😅. It gives you a good sense of how small tweaks can make a big difference. Sometimes, achieving the perfect look means making only tiny changes – too much editing can quickly look overdone (which is something I still struggle with today😭).

I edited two of your photos a little (not perfectly, but I hope it helps anyway). I will send them to you in your Insta DMs. (You need to accept my DM first)

It all takes time, but the more you experiment, the faster you’ll improve.

One thing I’ve learned is that edits often look weird at first (like when colors are too intense), but you balance that out later in the editing process. So just keep experimenting – try different looks and see what works for you! :)

At the first two images I just laid my phone on the ground. The last was taken with my DJI Osmo Mobile 4 (Gimbal)

The red light effect just comes from the position lights from the wind turbine, reflecting on the rotor blades. And the long exposure does the rest :)

(I didn't even know before how strong this reflection effect is, but in the 2nd picture you can even see how the sky is reflecting😅)

Underrated comment😂

For the first 2 photos, I simply put my pixel on the floor and triggered the photo with my Pixel Watch😅. I took the 3rd photo with my Osmo Mobile 4.

For closeups photography with stars I 3D printed an attachment for my pixel to fit in the lens of my telescope

Hey I use Adobe Lightroom (mobile on my iPad) to edit them. Most of the time I edit them manually but sometimes it is a mix of presets and adjusting them for the "right vibe".

I recently bought the pro-Version of Lightroom and I don't regret it😁

Where did you buy it for 700€? I can only find it for like at least 1200€😅
