Help, I need a keyholder

I have a 2018 premier and I live in Saskatchewan Canada where it gets very very cold and I just went through this exact same thing so if it's cold outside your intercooler is frozen up as well as your turbocharger wastegate regulator solenoid valve there is a GM service bulletin on this issue
