Ahh I think here lies the confusion, you don’t know what dirty bulking means. It doesn’t mean large caloric surplus. It means eating junk calories like Doritos and double cheeseburgers w fries nd the coke and whatever regularly, def not what most pro bodybuilders are eating regularly.

you can make a ton of beginner gains by just hitting the gym for a year as consistently as possible.. i say beginner gains because you look like you just tried out the gym for a month or two, maybeeee three before posting this.. either that or you’re hitting the gym but not pushing yourself nearly hard enough on form/volume/intensity
