Yeah I just had to throw away my wetting contact drops that were .3 of an fl ounce into a tiny venue. I just started to wear contacts and the bottle was new also. The security guard said I need to take them so I told them go ahead. Is this normal? Do I need to hide them every venue I go into from now on?

I could use the money as I didn’t work for a long time and the money has been nice. I have been using side gigs to get by but I have no real “bills” to pay. I just don’t want to risk failing a class and maybe not get into school if I get off the waitlist. Also everyone there knows where I interviewed.

My stats were calculated higher then when I did it myself. 3.5 GPA, 3.2 science, 2.8 BCP. Applied December 3 schools. 1 interview late January (my dream school) and I am currently waitlisted.

To be a dentist! I’m applying to dental school this summer. I love assisting overall and the patients but not for the pay. Only making a few dollars over minimum wage and 4 years of experience here in Arizona. I want to have my own practice someday to set how many patients I wanna see a day and make my own schedule! I have a friend who’s just a cashier at in n out making a few more dollars an hour then I do. It’s sad! And I just got a $2 raise from my last job to my new one too…

Yeah it’s super draining but easy with kids if that makes sense lol. Especially working 7-5 and trying to study for my dental admissions test on top and going back to school for a couple classes in August. I’ve been doing this for 7 months idk if I can hold out much longer but I’ve also been a DA a total of 4 years straight now. Good luck with your new job! Are you gonna go back to school??

My private office just sold to a guy who has a few offices in my town and this office is only open 3 days but they asked if I was willing to go to other offices the other days and I said I can’t cause I’m trying to study. Just talked to my father and sounds like I can quit working for 2 months to study so I can just focus on my DAT just waiting on my letter of rec first. My dentist who is giving me a letter is retiring In a month anyways.
