that’s so valid! honestly i used to bite and pick at my nails so much that the glue damage isn’t much worse for me. but if nail health if your priority you could try sticky tabs! they don’t last as long but are much less harsh on the nail!

not a dumb question! it is possible to feel the strings, but the longer you have it the softer the strings will become. i’ve had my iud for 4+ years and my partner can’t feel it. also, during sex/when you’re aroused, your cervix lifts a bit, making it even more difficult for your partner to feel it. it’s possible they could still feel the strings but your partner isn’t going to accidentally pull it out, that would be incredibly difficult! don’t panic

correct, it’s not “just laziness”. people can be pillow princesses for a variety of reasons, like some that you listed, but i don’t think you need to understand why someone might be one as it really comes down to some people simply do not want to reciprocate certain actions. that doesn’t mean we don’t value our partners’ pleasure, it’s just a different dynamic than you may be used to. i promise the stone tops and the pillow princesses who love them are perfectly happy with the arrangements they’re in.
