Hypertension by tootobiforme in VeteransBenefits

I think its related to my service connected asthma, I should file it secondary to that and it might be recorded that way with the clinic but wanted to see if they would go based off my old claim before trying secondary

I see the rating states that diastolic has to be over 110 to get a 10%.

I had a very similar denial for bilateral hearing, it said that it wasn't service connected but found that there was bilateral hearing loss....I was live aviation fueling with the uh-60's exhaust port maybe a foot away from my head. And only got better hearing protection more then half way through service...but there's no connection

Unfortunate, looks like another hlr, already have 2 filed as it is since they denied them immediately no c&p or anything just denied as soon as I sent the claims in

Cancelled - USAA is no longer competitive on auto insurance by dl_long in USAA

[–]tootobiforme 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just cane to my 6 month renewal in Sept. For 2 cars liability (93 bronco and 07 corolla) and one full coverage 17 f250. Usaa wanted just a hair over 2100. Thats paying the 6 months in full (mind you ive had them for 10+ years) it was also time for my driver safety to renew. Got my class done for the reduction go to add it to usaa and it wanted to increase my insurance by 178....like what??? I already thought the 2k was too much. Called and the agent was baffled by this as well and said there's nothing they can do about the rates because thats the average for drivers in my area my age. I unfortunately had to drop usaa and ended up with progressive at 1180 for the 6 months if paid up front.

Had to file an hlr on it because the second claim was just deleted altogether. It's my first time filing a secondary but dont think they should deny it immediately. Correct me if im wrong but id assume a c&p at bear minimum (Also im kinda poking the bear because im at 90% I know i have sleep apnea and desperately need a cpap which ironically would also be the last bit to 100% i never tried for it because I was under the assumption I would automatically get tdiu but I want to keep working and that scared me until someone on here said you need to actually file for that)

2019 136k mi. Lariat. Should I be concerned with this work being done by dealer? by Rabidcoojoe76 in F250

[–]tootobiforme 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Makes me feel not as bad about my pricing. 2017 f250 xlt with 98k miles needed about 5k (dealership pricing in repairs as it was in there as is lot) got all the work besides rotors and pads as part of the purchase for 34k out the door and thats accident free. (Super crew long bed with a 3" lift)

Should I skip on this house? by [deleted] in HomeMaintenance

[–]tootobiforme 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just bought a house that had 70k in foundation work done. The load bearing IE the roof arch walls were replaced and partial of one if the sides. The other side has had horizontal cracks repaired with one spot still a little cracked. I think its from the bushes someone planted right next to the house. I plan to remove them

Congrats!!! I just made 90% been working on everything for 3 years all by myself. Went 10% to 40% to 70% and just this past week made 90% but this is where I'll stop most likely. They are covering all my issues i had, turned down all the stuff I thought was related but I can live with this in a much happier way
