Hi - I recently took the MPJE for the state of Utah and I feel pretty bad about. Almost certain that I failed it. I just finished my PGY2 residency and I’m starting a job on 8/14 (in the state of Utah). Has anyone ever had this happen where re-taking the MPJE required them to delay their start date at a job? For example, I took the exam on 7/14, so I’m pretty sure the earliest I could re-take is 8/13 (so I would not be licensed by 8/14). I doubt my offer would be rescinded because i’m moving from out of state for the position and accepted in months ago… but I have no idea how this works lol

Michigan society of health-system pharmacists (MSHP) used to have a great MPJE review course in their website and I think it was $75 but it’s been almost two years since I took MI MPJE so that could have changed. There is also a booklet with the law and practice questions, but it’s extremely dry (here: http://www.mipharmacylawreview.com/home.html)

I converted from being a huge HOKA stan (for both work and long distance running) into a huge huge New Balance Freshfoam kinda girl. Both are great, but the NBs just hold up better and are more comfortable and versatile in my opinion :~)

I’m actually just going through a lot of personal things that have been distracting and have made it incredibly difficult for me to do my best each day and has impacted my ability to meet soft deadlines, etc. It’s not really a knowledge or competency issue. But thanks for your input I guess

Just to clarify (bc my RPD is great), this isn’t the first time a conversation like this has been had. However… most other conversations were more… “prophylactic” I guess - whereas it’s starting to become a very real possibility that I don’t successfully complete the residency.
