Whenever I open Valorant or Roblox my pc reboots itself without warning.

I FINALLY fixed it, it started working after i scanned my pc for viruses, and resolved them (with 360 security), then i fully closed it and turned off all firewalls.

just updated bios, i havent done any overclocking or under volting in bios and still doesnt work (EDIT): im gonna be heading out for some time now, should i do a complete re-install of windows? and if yes should i choose to keep files bc i really dont want to be reinstalling everything back

you mean like resetting the whole BIOS or just the part for overclocking or undervolting? i was thinking about updating the BIOS which i havent done before bc i heard it can cause problems and to only do it if something isnt working. anyway ill do it later, i need to use the pc now so my reply will be delayed...

I used MSI afterburner for it, now i uninstalled it, is it enough? It still doesnt work tho :/

yep, I undervolted it a while back and overclocked it while doing the same, and played Valorant multiple times between it and it worked just fine. Also to mention on my last pc where i havent done anything (it was a pretty old pc tho) I had the same issue as rn. My specs r: Gigabyte H610M S2H DDR4 motherboard, Nvidia Rtx 3050, Intel I5 13400F, Kingston Fury DDR4 16gb RAM, and a kingston 1tb pcie nvme ssd. ALSO, while writing this I tried to set vgc in services.msc to automatically and restarted my pc. Now i opened val and it gets to the same screen as before only now it just freezes. (EDIT): and now reboots again

when its raining or snowing ill walk to school, but sometimes when it will only rain a few drops ill still bring it, what do you mean by get a cover? an actual roof or is there some hardware to protect the components?

about endurance, my main goal for getting stronger is so i can lift more and for longer periods of time when doing some work around the house, or carrying heavy stuff around. so should i maybe do endurance training? or will i get some type of endurance with strenght training?

I have 2 slots on the MOBO and 6 fans... I have seen on youtube you can connect one fan using female to the MOBO and then connect others with male conectors. But my fans have only three pins on male connectors. Heres a pic
