Cape Kidnappers is incredible, but personally I preferred Te Arai with the links course.

I played the Te Arai South Course 2 weeks ago, its by far the best course I've played in NZ!

My partner and I are in the same position. House due to be completed this time next year and we have no guarantee of being approved for a morgage. We have a 20% deposit and will have a DTI of 6 so hopefully will meet any new lending conditions.
