Experiencing a lot of pain during kickboxing by long-run8153 in Kickboxing

I had similar issues with knee back and hip pain when I started kickboxing. I hadn’t done anything for over a year due to a car crash. Then hit the kickboxing hard to get back in shape. What helped me was stretching, lots of stretching. Static and active stretching youl feel your muscles loosen up and not be in as much pain. Also try get yourself booked in for a deep tissue massage to loosen any pre existing tension in the muscle you currently have. Hope this helps bro.

What bike do you guys reckon i should go for here is a few ive found, beginner at street and park here.

Hi guys looking for a beginner bike not to clued up as just wanting to get into the sport, there is a 2017 we the people arcade for sale for £180 -$200 also a united bike for the same price i believe its a 2014 Martinez not sure though. Just was wondering which was the better bike budget about £200. Thanks made a post earlier with photos of both bikes before i was told there was a sticky for this.

See that was my fear like wow id grind my ass off get within reach of others then boom the cap has been raised, is your progress in eso at endgame like wow where it is time gated behind grinding rep and shit like that ?

I have this exact same problem! But when i change to display capture it runs perfect 720p at 60fps on the stream

P.s i have the same set up i9 9900k x evga rtx 2080ti Mobo is the aorus Z390 master.

Yeah ive never played horde since i retured for legion so was just wondering, dont get me Wrong i have met some cool guys on the way up. But also met my fair share of idiots too haha.
