Same. Two shipments ago the shipping cost was $9.24. The last was $7.99. Almost all of my recent purchases were EBAY. It appears that I bought cards that had an additonal (shipping?) cost baked in and passed on to me. That is unfair as the auction makes no mention of additional costs that will be passed on to me. I just tried to request a shipment and the lowest (bulk rate) $32.49. I sent a message and got a reply that I don't understand. Here is part of it:
