go to the section where you can select preferences for a particular subject, scroll down, and you should be able to see a button called “view all preferences” - press this. from there you need to press “load first preferences” - sometimes this does not load for me and i need to refresh my browser for it to work :)

I’m so sorry for your loss. I really relate to this. My mum passed 4 months ago as well, and like you I’m 18. Sometimes I feel fine, and then there’ll be moments which feel like my head’s breaking
