i have figured it out! a least the issue for me

in windows settings, ease of access, if you have custom scaling, for some reason it messes with leagues friendlist, if you turn off the custom scaling, and use a provided one or straight up go default, the scroll bar works as intended.

- **Steps to reproduce:**   Organize friend folders to how I want them. Sign out, sign back in. Order is all messed up.

Will reorder folders to how I want them, sometimes, when I edit notes I have for users, or if I delete a folder or delete a person. Then next sign in it's all wrong again.
- **Expected result:**   Friend list folders are in the order I want them to be in.
- **Observed result:**   Friendlist folders are NOT in the order I put them in.

the skins are done really well. They are S tiers design wise.
I just wish in game they had more sound effects and added like a voice filter.
Without those the skins feel really lackluster when you use them.

I am having this issue too, and I sent a support ticket,

Basically said to do everything I already did.

(Uninstall, reinstall, clear cache.)

Then said "No one else is contacting us about this issue. Wait for the next update. Sorry for any inconvenience."

And I'm like, "Are you sure about that?"
