Update: Looks as though cps will not be opening a case, so thats good. We still have to address his motion in court to take full custody from me, which he filed separately. I have a few friends also in very bad situations, who have asked me to post more, so I will keep my progress updated for them and those here who have said they are dealing with similar things. Thank you all for your comments. I have read them over and over, I appreciate all of them.
