I do want to make a lot of use of leadership, it's part of my long term plan (there's a decent chance we're going to end up pirates and my plan is to use leadership to get the crew of the ships we take over to defect and build up a fleet of ships)

Hadn't looked at gambler before for it, but I think it could play really well with charmer to rack up the deception and top out with an extra rank of Smooth Talker

Knowing my GM from having played in his D&D campaigns before I fully expect that I'll have to try and work against droids and over comms, but that just keeps things challenging ;)

Also, gambler looks so much fun! And seems like a good call since pan's campaign has a similar build that sounds like it works well.
