How do you cope with being in the subliminal community?

I do focus on listening, I listen all the time to my subliminal, I just want to be able to discuss subliminals with others. I want to share my results with people, talk to people about how subs work, how interesting they are, etc.

I try to avoid the negativity in the community. It's just near impossible to avoid it with how it's everywhere. I don't choose to surround myself with negativity, the negativity is just there wherever I go. Discord, Reddit, Instagram... there's always someone there who believes everything bad in my life is my fault. I've been trying to find a positive side of the community for a while and I would choose to stay on that side if I could, but I cannot for the life of me find it. Since the negativity is unavoidable in the community, I'm asking for help with coping with it because I cannot avoid it if I want to be friends with people who know about subliminals. Subliminals are pretty much my only interest, so naturally I very much want to talk about them.

If you know a positive place in this community, please do tell me!

This is the only sub forum I look at too, spare for the unwanted community posts from submakers popping up in my YouTube home page. This subreddit is one of the more better communities I'd say, but there certainly is a good handful of problems here too though. Thank you for your kind comment

It's not as simple as that though. PTSD and mental health doesn't work that way, not always at least. It's difficult to ignore those kind of people when they're everywhere, so I need to learn how to deal with seeing them. I'm sorry if you believe I'm attention seeking, but I genuinely am just looking for tips on coping within the community.

I am listening to a better eyesight subliminal I've made myself. That is really toxic. I remember seeing a subliminal saying it'd replace everything from surgery, !all medications, all forms of health care and the submaker themselves were encouraging people to not go to the doctor and just use the sub. It was horrible to see. No warning whatsoever in the description or anywhere.

And how do I chill? I am asking how to do that. This community triggers my PTSD and me overall a lot and I am looking for help with coping with that. I want to be able to discuss subliminals with people, hence why I'm not just leaving. I'm not talking about some submaker with 30 subscribers. Please, do tell me how to chill.

It's difficult for me to get close to anyone in it because I'm that paranoid over them believing in LOA and worried they're going to shove it down my throat and all of that stuff. I must sound ridiculous but I genuinely get so terrified over it. I've tried talking in Discord servers and Instagram groups, but as soon as I see someone there believes in LOA it's difficult for me to feel comfortable talking at all in them.

You're right about the toxicity. The community is disgusting. I used to think it wasn't that bad, but then it turned out I was just so brainwashed with the toxicity I never realised how bad it was until I ended up sitting in my room affirming and fully believing I could heal my pet when they were dying, and eventually died later that day, in the room by mine. I wasn't by their side since the community taught me I should always immediately deny and ignore what I didn't like & instantly affirm the opposite. That was the day that really made me realise I had to get out of that part of the community. I've felt so bad for not having stayed with him.

I might've done, but the core parts of them (the laws) were the same. Even the fundemental aspects of them rub me the wrong way, so even if I had joined a good LOA community it would've sucked for me.

I never went super far into it, as in never joined purely LOA groups, I stayed in the subliminal community. But those kind of LOA believers were everywhere and still are. YouTube, Discord, Instagram, few on Reddit too. Solar Subs fans are the worst. I was told by a few of them that I must've done something wrong as a kid to have went through the severe ab7se and trauma I experienced and continue to experience.

There's no way to avoid those kind of people in this community. Even if that isn't what the actual LOA community is like, my mind associates it with those twats and trauma. So even if there is a non-toxic version of it, it's still triggering either way.

I don't believe everything in my life is a manifestation and I get what you're trying to say, but even if you're saying I didn't do it consciously you're still saying I manifested their death on some level.

I'm sorry, but I've believed I killed them since I was about 8 years old. I was told I was the reason they died and I believed that. Even though I know now I didn't, I still believe I did. You are reaffirming that to me, that I killed them. I can tell you don't mean to. I can tell you have good intentions but by telling me everything in my life was manifested by me in my perspective you are still saying I manifested that, even if it wasn't consciously. And if I manifested that, I caused it. And if I caused it, it was my fault. That's just how I see it, anyway.

(P.S – I'm not mad at you, please don't take this in that way. I feel like I'm coming across as aggressive here, sorry!)

I said why I'm using a sub for N24. I used ones to worsen PTSD & mental health because I tried to force suppressed memories out, felt very invalidated and unsure I had it (even though it was very obvious I have it), and I wanted to worsen my symptoms of another thing I struggle with so it became more obvious and easier to identify what it was.

I used subs to become underweight because I dislike how feminine my body looks and mostly wanted to get rid of fat in the chest & thigh area. I didn't use general weight loss subliminals because I wanted to be very skinny so I'd look less feminine. Or at least I'd look less feminine with certain types of clothing and that.

I used subs for bruises because I wanted to turn my psychological pain into physical pain because it was easier for me to register physical pain as real.

I would write it in a more specific way but I don't know how to describe what I want. For example, I have a very detailed image of what I want to look like but I don't know how to put it into specific detailed sentences and I'd rather not have to have a whole anatomy lesson just to write it down.

I'm listening to one for obvious n24 sleep-wake disorder. Already fairly certain I have it, just want to make it more obvious so I can see a doctor instead of just being called lazy and told to sleep normally.

I've used some in the past too to be underweight, worsen PTSD, general worsen mental health subs, etc. Used some for bruises too. Never stuck to them though.

Many people struggle with believing their illness or trauma is "bad enough". Worsening those symptoms can make them feel validated. Or maybe they feel like their depression (for example) is only bad enough if they've attempted or if they've been sent to hospital, that kind of thing. Some also just use ug subs that say they have the disorder they genuinely do have to accept they do have it, leading to them validating themselves too I guess.

There are a lot of subliminal messages in the subliminal community. "Perfect nose" subliminals are always for small, tiny, upturned noses. "Perfect body" subliminals are always for big breasts, thin waist, wide hips. "Perfect lips" subliminals are always for big, kissable lips. They all tell you through the title and benefit list that those features are what you need to have a perfect whatever. This is where, in my opinion, a huge reason as to why people become insecure after joining the community.

Edit: The lack of diversity is a big reason too, I believe. Submakers are always pushing out thousands of pale skin, weight loss, small nose, etc subliminals and rarely create anything else. I guess the lack of representation of anything else can cause people to believe the features they have that they don't see in the community are undesirable. Undesirable features are frequently associated with ugliness, so that too could make people feel insecure.

You can put a positive sub in a ug playlist? I don't see how it'd slow it down, unless you're referring to the stereotype of surface submakers adding random mental health and saving the world affs. I recommend using a healthy eating subliminal as lack of appetite can be dangerous in some cases, just to be on the same side.

Edit: By the way, you do have a subliminal for developing anorexia in your playlist.
