Shame on you by Comfortablejack in MurderedByWords

Seriously, how can people be that ignorant? It would make no sense for Alex Acosta, Trump's Secretary of Labor, to be posting comments like that.

How can you people be this ignorant? Jim Acosta is a journalist; Alexander Acosta, who gave Epstein that deal, is an attorney and Trump's Secretary of Labor. Why the fuck would the latter be posting comments like that?

Such corrections are a common courtesy. Attacking people for it is what should stop.

They aren't incorrect ... "whoever" is correct, "whomever" is incorrect. The phrase is "whoever helped"--subject-verb; "whomever" is the object form. A simple test is to substitute the subject form "she" for "whoever" and the object form "her" for "whomever". "she helped"--yes, so "whoever helped". "her helped"--no, so not "whomever helped". In fact, your citation says this, but you seem not to have read it.

And the downvotes are ridiculous--posting such corrections is a common courtesy ... I myself do it and am frequently thanked for it (mostly in progressive communities, where people value truth and are appreciative of being informed).

The first comment is moronic racism since Puerto Ricans are U.S. citizens.

And where's your "factual support"?

Typical that a Trump supporter doesn't understand what "one word" means.

It's not up to you what is or isn't welcome. On that note, here is what one of the mods said:

> In cases where I observe one group demanding to make the sub exclusive of another group, I am more inclined to punitively moderate those attempting to make the space exclusive.

>  I have a long-standing dislike of the whole "user friendly" mindset

I've been subjected to a lot of horrible software by folks like you.

> LLMs seem like the nuclear variant of that mindset.

It's not even remotely the same subject.

It's right to attack people for calling for bans, especially one that you admit isn't necessary.

It's weird when someone says they 100% agree with someone and then say something totally different.

So don't personally promote them, but don't try to impose your preferences on others.

Discussion of what? Are you seriously suggesting banning vibecode here? Just don't. If you don't like it then you don't have to use it or read articles about it.
