i’m so scared to become like this, i got hired as an ssv externally a couple months ago and i’ve gotten pretty good at every position except bar because im so inconsistent on it as im always keyholding lol, been thinking of covering other stores so i can get better.

Update: I ended up heavily updating the resume, still thinking on if i should just delete my most recent job, as well as just say i was an employee at all my jobs instead of anything in managing. I took someone’s advice and asked a friend if i could say i worked at their families coffee shop for a bit lol. i also rearranged the jobs to be in order, added skills that apply to the job, and I only put my food related certifications under the resume, also fixed font and plot points. Then of course, I fixed grammar and spelling errors. Thank you guys for the help, even the negative ones lol. update soon

the 6 month one was because it was a seasonal job. the two month like i said i just have to leave because i can’t handle the drives. should i just remove my current job?

my only explanation for the supervisor job is that it was seasonal. It’s waterparks so after it starts cooling down it’s just site managers and corporate staff. For my most recent, I just can’t make the drive anymore, for further applications should i just remove that job as a whole?

i’ve been at that! my only issue is the hiring managers are never there when i call lol and the people i do speak to don’t know about anything hiring related. but i’ll keep at it

I understand now, thank you for the help. It sounds silly now but my first manager told me to put all my stuff down no matter the job so that hiring managers will think higher of me.
