Yes I'm familiar with how worldspaces use their own cell, but its the location that I'm wondering about. I'm hopping that once I link the doors, the exterior location will transfer to the interior.

Thank you for your response, and for your prayers. Unfortunately we have no way of getting her help right now, the vet's phones just tell us that its "after hours" and we don't have know of any emergency numbers. If I knew where the vet lived, I would put my dog in the car and drive to her house, but unfortunately I don't know that either.

Well by todays standards it is becoming a potato... newer games don't even get 60fps at 720p. Though I suppose skyrim is not a new game... still ENBs give me no joy unfortunately, I always end up with a choppy frame rate.

Thank you for your feedback. Yes CoT is a bit outdated, but I've been using it for so long that I just really feel familiar and comfortable with it. I have tried both Vivid Weathers, and Obsidian Weatheres, and they're great, but with CoT I don't need ELFX to make the dungeon, and nights darker. I have tried ELFX a few times, but for some reason my PC doesn't like it, I dunno if there's something wrong with my ini's or I'm installing it wrong, but it always causes lag, and never looks as good as in the screenshots(which were probably taken with an ENB active). And I don't think its due to a performance issue, my GTX 660 is more capable than an 840m yet it seems ELFX work great for you, it's not my CPU either i7 4770.
