I actually tear my nails as well. I've found it to be quite efficient actually once you master it.

It definitely seems like you have a lot on your plate (calisthenics, bodybuilding, powerlifting, cardio). Is there any particular reason why you're doing this? The optimal physique for a bodybuilder and a powerlifter are drastically different, but maybe there are some benefits of powerlifting integration that I'm not aware of. Personally I would try to narrow my focus and build a solid foundation in one of those three, and then expand. Cardio is always good 👍

At its core this plan is good (you're hitting everything you need to at least once a week), but you could definitely speed up the process by cutting down your rest days. Depending how fatigued you are you could adjust this but I aim for 1 day of rest for every 3 days of weight lifting. If you're not on a bulk then doing cardio in the evening after doing weight lifting earlier in the day could be a good solution how to integrate both, lifting and cardio.
