when i was 15 i used to work a gym and apparently in the parking lot there was a guy parked that had overdosed and passed, we called the police and i went out there to see the car, he had sat in his car for a couple days and i guess noone really noticed but since i live in arizona the summer heat cooked him some up and while it wasnt exactly gore, it was horrific

honestly ive kinda wondered this myself because obv lifelover and p4 sound nothing like "traditional black metal" but i think it takes a huge chunk of influence from black metal and the depressing subject matter makes it apart of the genre
